Please use Door #9. My treatment room is located upstairs in Suite 9B.

Please note: There is no elevator in the building, and stairs are required to access the clinic.

To help me prepare for your appointment, please include any important information in the booking notes.

Examples include:

• If you are pregnant, please indicate how many weeks pregnant you are.
• Any current injury, surgery, medical condition, or area of concern.
• Whether you’re looking for therapeutic treatment, relaxation, or treatment for a specific issue.
• Any additional information you’d like me to know before your appointment.

The more information you provide, the better I can tailor your treatment to your needs.

Direct Billing

Direct billing is available to most major insurance providers.

Please remember that coverage varies depending on your individual benefit plan, and not all insurance companies permit electronic billing.

It is your responsibility to verify your coverage and any requirements (such as physician referrals or annual limits) with your insurance provider before your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

Appointment times are reserved exclusively for you.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, missed appointments (no-shows), or late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee. This fee must be paid before future appointments can be booked.

Thank you for understanding and respecting both my time and the time of other clients waiting for appointments.
